At Precise Care Physiotherapy Clinic, we strive to provide the best care and treatment for our patients. We provide an array of services, from orthopedic and neurological care to sports injury and massage therapy. Our team of experienced and dedicated physiotherapists are passionate about helping patients achieve their desired results.

Our co-founders have been in the field of physiotherapy for over 5 years, and our team of 10+ doctors have seen over 700+ patients across 2 clinics in Mumbai. Our core principle is that general care might possibly relieve your pain, but Precise Care is what makes all the difference.

Dr. Lai Pathak

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

& Co-founder

Dr. Lai is specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy as part of her post-graduation from MUHS, Nashik. She is a certified Instructor and Trainer for Pilates, Functional Aerobics, Sports Injury Fitness and Conditioning Trainer with additional certification as an Orthopaedic Manual Therapist. She is also a certified Dry Needling and Cupping practitioner.

Dr. Lai has worked with various Government and Private hospitals as well as in rural settings. A passionate fitness professional herself, Dr. Lai has worked in Pune and Mumbai Marathons as a Physical Therapist and also conducted webinars on Post-Covid Rehab for covid patients and the general population.

Dr. Nidhi Padave

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

& Co-founder

Dr. Nidhi is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist & completed her postgraduation from MUHS, Nashik. She is a certified Orthopaedic Manual therapist, Kinetic Control & Pilates specialist and certified Dry Needling and Cupping practioner.

Dr. Nidhi has a rich experience of working with COVID patients at Covid dedicated hospital and various superspeciality hospitals in Mumbai. A thorough sports and exercise nutritionist, she also has conducted sessions on physical wellbeing nutrition, physiotherapy through dance and importance of warm-up, cool down exercises for young adults.
